A Radical Letter.

Hey dear,
if you’re reading this you’re one of the ~100 people that have been on my mind for months now.
You might have been part of the (R)evolutionary membership in 2020-2021, we might have worked together through one of my Power & Purpose programs, or you might “just” be one of my people of reference when it comes to system change, impact/regeneration, or consciousness work.
Regardless of that, you've been on my mind because 2023 triggered reflections around "power" and "change" – which led to an idea that I'd like to share, and hear your thoughts on.

For someone that writes, studies and works around the topic of Power, 2023 was a year like no other.
I couldn't publish anything after October 7th.
I kept seeing the conflicts and hate-inducing narratives spread beyond their geographical and cultural borders and tear apart friends, families and especially change-making groups. I saw members of “conscious communities” going at each other throats over topics that are important, but that they had no real knowledge or direct involvement in.
I'm talking about people and communities that have access to knowledge and tools for personal and collective change more than anyone else in history.
It became clear to me that there's always going to be one more reflection I can share, one more book, one more insight we can gain or spirituality space we can join – but that none of that matters if we don't truly learn to integrate that knowledge and translate it into better actions and better systems.
So, my questions became:
- How can we do that more?
- What are the challenges, power struggles and resistances that we encounter?
- How can we increase that integration while the tensions, conflicts and fear-inducing narratives around us also increase?

If you’re reading this I know you’re already asking similar questions, and that you try to answer them every day as much as I do (if not more) – in your own way, with your own practices. Which is why I wanted to reach out.
I lost interest in intellectualising our way through this.
I want to create the kind of space where, no matter our practices of inner work, growth or spirituality, we come together to embody and integrate that wisdom – and turn it into conscious actions, activism, new financial models, governance structures, policies, art, and more. Better systems.
Learning with and from each other.
My current idea is:
- A private community of practice
- Invite and referrals only – a curated group of people committed to both inner work and outer/system change
- 2 calls/month, optional, no preparation needed. Just a 10min prompt and then ~40min break-out rooms for 1:1 conversation and peer support
- We focus on principles we're working to integrate, or examples of power dynamics and how to work through them (sourced from the group)
- 100% of profits go to trusted Indigenous Leaders organisations in the Amazon Rainforest
I want to call it Radicals – because it's all about doing things from the roots.
A place to anchor, and make our invisibile (into) matter.

This is not written in stone, but I feel very strongly about it.
