Context

Who doesn't have days of self-doubt, uncertainty and deep questioning?

If you'd tell me you never have them, I wouldn't believe you. Also, I'd never trust you. This said, confusion and self-doubt can come and go like storms do, maybe even leaving us a few insights. But often they come, and we get caught up in them – and start drowning.

Wishing that storms never came is not recommended. I also don't fully resonate with the "see it coming, and don't be affected by it" narrative. In a society that is struggling with connection, meaning and hope, learning to lean-in, feel and move through the discomfort (instead of tapping out) is crucial.
